Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods (product launches, holidays, promotions), dispatch may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Rates & Times

UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Issues

Claims for missing or non-delivered parcels must be made within 14 days of dispatch.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct.
We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
