Thank you for shopping with Me+ Nutrition. We want you to love your products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s a quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@meplusnutrition.co.uk
Include:

A photo, if possible
We will organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
As our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns for:

Unwanted items

Opened products

Items purchased in error
This is for hygiene and safety reasons.
We can only offer refunds or replacements where the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
Refunds
Once your issue has been reviewed, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement is approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please email us at hello@meplusnutrition.co.uk as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it for you.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at hello@meplusnutrition.co.uk and we will investigate for you.
Claims for missing orders must be made within 14 days of dispatch.
